    Can I place an order without creating an account?

    Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time.     Do you offer free shipping?

    Yes, we offer free shipping to all 48 contiguous states. We also offer expedited shipping starting at just $9.99.

    When will I receive my order?

    All orders placed before 11 am EST will be shipped out within the same business day.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number which you can use for real-time tracking via USPS.com or Fedex.com.  If you have any questions about tracking your package, kindly text or call 813 304 2224.

    Can I alter my order?

    As long as your order has not yet shipped, we can update your delivery address, name, and other details. The fastest way to reach us is by calling or texting us at 813 304 2224. You can also email us at customerservice@pinkpowerdrill.com.

    For orders that have already shipped, the details can no longer be changed.

    What should I do if I have problems with my order?

    All of our Pink Power tools are covered by a full 3-year warranty. If you have any problems with the product or the delivery, please reach out to us via email at customerservice@pinkpowerdrill.com, via our social media channels, or through the phone via call or text at 813 304 2224.

    Do you ship internationally?

    Due to restrictions on Lithium-Ion batteries, we are currently able to ship within the United States, Canada, and Mexico.


    What is Pink Power's return policy?

    All Pink Power products come with a 3-year warranty. This means that replacements are covered for free during this period. However, if you prefer to get a refund, instead, please contact us via email or through our social media and we can begin the process for a refund. You will be refunded the full amount within 24 hours of us receiving the returned product.

    I received my tool as a gift, how do I process a return?

    To process your return, please contact us with any information you have available such as the order ID, platform of purchase, order date, or order name and we will do our best to get you a free replacement for a defective item or a gift card to use towards a different item.


    Where can I get a copy of my tool’s manual?

    Your Pink Power tools come with a manual in the box, however, if you can’t seem to locate your tool’s manual, you can download the manual you need below! 

    For a physical copy, kindly reach out to us on any of our channels and we can mail one out to you!


    How do I register my Pink Power tool for warranty?

    To register your tool for warranty, please fill out the form here. This warranty covers any damage or defects and gives you the peace of mind to tackle any task with confidence and know we've got you covered.

    What do I do if I received a defective or damaged product?

    In the event that you received a defective or damaged product, kindly fill out the warranty form that comes with your order and then reach out to us through any of our communication channels.

    I received my tool as a gift, is it still under warranty?

    Absolutely! All Pink Power tools are secured under the 3-year full warranty. Just make sure to register the purchase here.

    How long is the warranty?

    All* tools come with a full 3-year warranty against ANY damage or defects.  As long as your warranty is registered, we replace your item for free, without any hidden charges or fees!

    *Scissor blades are excluded from the 3-year warranty and only come with a 30-day warranty.
